Responsible Disclosure & Abuse
Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@minfra.ai. Include a clear description, affected URLs, and reproduction steps. If you believe credentials may be compromised, notify us immediately and rotate credentials.
For abuse reports (spam, unauthorized access attempts, or policy violations), contact support@minfra.ai with timestamps and any relevant identifiers.
Content & Liability Notes
This service provides administrative interfaces and workflows for authorized users. Content displayed within tenant workspaces is provided by the tenant and their users, and may be subject to additional internal policies.
We maintain tenant isolation controls and audit logging, but each operator remains responsible for secure credential handling and appropriate role assignment within their organization.
Legal Requests
For legal requests related to access logs, account actions, or incident information, contact support@minfra.ai and include a reference number (if applicable). Requests are evaluated and fulfilled in line with applicable law and operational security.
