Who This Is For
minfra.ai is an administrative service intended for organizations operating editorial workflows. Access is provided to authorized users who are assigned roles within a tenant or platform context.
Acceptable Use
- Use the service only for authorized editorial and operational work within your tenant.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access other tenants’ data, or interfere with platform operations.
- Do not upload or store unlawful content or content that violates your organization’s editorial standards.
- Protect credentials, enable strong passwords, and promptly revoke access for users who no longer require it.
Roles & Boundaries
The service enforces separation between platform administration and tenant operations. Super Admin accounts are intended for platform-level management only. Tenant users operate within their tenant context and are limited by role (Admin, Editor-in-Chief, Editor).
Misuse of roles, sharing accounts, or attempting to escalate privileges may result in suspension of access.
Tenant Content & Responsibility
Content and configuration stored in a tenant workspace are created and managed by the tenant’s authorized users. Tenants are responsible for editorial accuracy, permissions management, and ensuring that content complies with applicable law and internal policy.
AI-Assisted Workflows
Some deployments may include optional AI-assisted features for editorial workflows. Enablement is deployment-dependent and may be controlled by feature flags. Outputs should be reviewed by authorized users as part of editorial oversight.
Availability & Changes
We may update the service to improve reliability, security, or usability. Operational changes, incidents, and maintenance communication may be published on the Status page.
